Plez help me and my rat get her a new name!! I dont like the name snuggles and thats the name the people had when I got her!! thanks very much!! =) =)

I had a rat named Lulabelle. I really liked the name and it suited her. U could try looking at her and going through some names.

Well, here are names of the female rats I've owned:
Roxie, Hannah, Jasmine, Dawn, Ginger, Rachel, Bullet, Lucky, Sarabi, Jade, Kota, and Delilah.
Other female pets that I've had, were named:
Shianne, Dakota, Nala, Savannah, Patricia, Fritz and Micki.

I personally am the owner of two female mice, one male, and a male rat. Choosing names can be a fun, or even challenging process at times. I normally leave this to my siblings, but if you pay attention to their behavior, you can normally pick out traits that would stir a name...
For example, our first mouse was albino, and naturally we named "him" Stuart Little. When we bought another mouse, we discovered by her "housemaking" abilities and other aspects that she was actually FEMALE, thus striking the name "Martha Stuart Little".
Second example is from our first litter. We had a tubby mouse that was white with brown spots, striking the name "Rollie."
The third and final example is our rat, who happens to be afraid of open spaces because of a past situation. Since he is agoraphobic, his name is Agore....

Like I said, it can be a very fun process, and I encourage you to explore the character of your little rat!!

Snuggles is cute. Others could be..hmm, Ratface. lol jk, i would stick with snuggles. For a rat anyway, if u wanted me to like rats name it something cute...like snuggles..I like it.

Cuddles! :-) There was a dog named Cuddles on PetFinder... She was blind and handicapped. She got a nice owner... A real hero! So name your ratty Cuddles after her.

S.P.G is a good name, (stands for special patrol group) its what vivien called his rat in this really cool series called the young ones........he was this crazy punk guy!!!! in one episode the rat ate all this lentil curry and exploded, it was coooool!!!!!
