I would like to invest in land anywhere in the united states that is undeveloped now and in ten or so years sale at hundreds of percent profit.

Identify fast-growing cities and purchase land zoned for agriculture close to them. Buy 30-50 plots throughout the Sun Belt. Start working on rezoning the land for housing.
