Do "gringos" ever hire other "gringos" to do their war work?

Not all Mexicans do yard work. Also, if you are hiring Mexicans to do yard work, make a rule that they cannot whistle or call out to a girl walking down the street or they won't get paid at the end of the day. I'm sick of them doing that.
