You should have a toll free number to call from Dell. Let them know what you think of the computer. Me personally I would not ever own a Dell, but I build my own computers adn repair them too, and I have never been impressed with a Dell computer. I have a Gateway Laptop and I am very happy with it.

If you have an issue with the machine, contact Dell. That's is what the warranty is for. You paid for it, use it.

You probably are NOT entitled to a NEW one. Read the fine print in the warranty.
