I know I'm acting child-like, but Is it just me that went out and spent 30 bucks at a used game store to get every extension pack, and then was flaming mad since the Sims 2 doesn't work with my old, windows 98?

Sims 1 is addictive like having a craving for chocolate and getting a box of chocolates. Sims 2 is addictive also... but like having a craving for chocolate and being given a chocolate factory.... I used to play the game a lot, not so much anymore. I find it interesting to try to mess up the sims lives... I had a supervisor that was horrible, i made a sim of him for my game. I put him on an empty lot and killed him off every way I could... not very productive, but it made me feel better... lol. Now I have a lot with a bunch of gravestones on it... does make for a good graveyard though. LOL.

I think I was the only psycho until I bought the not-so-amazing ps2 Sims 2, and my boyfriend was automatically hooked and he could stop playing! It's just fun to actually have some control over things!

I'm SO addicted. But I don't really play, I just build the houses/people. For hours. Whenever I get on my fiance grumbles and complains because he knows I will be on the computer for the next 4 hours, minimum.

The only thing I did when I played that game was trap my Sims between wicker chairs and lit ovens. It was fantastic.
