If one of your friends was really upset, or emotionally distraught, would u help them. What if one of them was thinking about killing themselves. Would u help them.
Some of u may help them out, but others will just leave the person be. U do this, they will kill themselves.

Hey! Most of us do care about people. And I'm one of them.
I don't know exactly what I'll do to help them, but i know the least i can and will do is lend them my shoulder.

If your referring to me i have plenty of care for people and yes i was trying to help by telling the consequence's i went thought this VERY same thing myself in January to be exact you look up to the one that you love the most for me it was my mother that helped she had me go to the doctor.and you don't come on here talking about killing yourself it should have been worded differently this person is beyond the help of the public they need to consult the doctor for some medicine! I'm not trying to ignorant by saying this but i to was the type of person that thought i could make everything better myself but sometimes your just to deep and need help that others can not give you..So to be honest with you, you can feel however you want about me.

There is a difference between being suicidal and just putting all of your problems onto another person to fix. If a friend of mine was suicidal, I would take it seriously and do what I've been trained to do to handle the situation. There are a few things a person is required to do if they encounter a suicidal person, and one of them is to call 911.
But I have a friend that every time she calls she is complaining and making all of her problems mine when I have my own issues to work on. That gets over-whelming and very frustrating to deal with. I have no problems making plans with her and spending time with her, but it's getting frustrating when she calls only to complain and it's all about her. Very one sided.

Yes, I would help them, if they truly meant it. The trick is to distinguish the friends who were only saying it to get attention from the ones who truly mean it. I care about people, but what I don't like is when the same people I care about use and take advantage of me for their own personal gain.
