Do homosexuals realize that in a way they actually are dissuading people from being understanding due to the fact that if a heterosexual asks a sincere question then people automatically assume that they are being bigoted and judgemental. I admit that some of my questions have not been too nice, but if you go back, you will see that they started off as serious and sincere. Your judgmental and assuming responses prompted me to continue to ask questions each one getting worse and worse. And I am ashamed that I allowed you to get to me this way. So next time that a heterosexual asked a question, maybe you should be a bit more understanding. Thank you.

Bigoted is as bigoted does, to paraphrase Forrest Gump.

When someone asks a truly open and non-judgemental question, I am as polite as the next person.

When they use their belief system to denigrate, degrade and defame others, I'm still polite, but I am strong in pointing out their bigotry.

Your questions have been consistenly judgemental. We did not make you any "way."

Why don't you try to be understanding and tolerant for a change? I think the contrast could be refreshing.

I understand that as a devout Christian you feel the need to share the Gospel. Believe me, I know! I was raised in church and was there every time the doors were open. I know what I believe and I know where I come from. But even back in my own Bible thumping days I was ALWAYS resentful of someone cramming The Word down my throat. The whole "in your face" way is very offensive to most people.

What I dont think you understand is that the gays and lesbians come here to find solace and understanding from their equals. Some of the questions posed here are a bit graphic even for my taste but I pick and choose what I want to read. If we are so offensive to you and so perverse then why come around? Does the Bible not speak of abstaining from the appearance of all evil? If we're evil then you shouldn't be here. If it's a matter of witnessing then you have every right to post here and no one can stop you but understand that part of witnessing is planting a seed...not forcing it to grow! And part of witnessing is to share in a loving, kind, and respectful way. Just because our life styles don't agree with yours does NOT give you the right to treat anyone gay or straight with anything short of common courtesy. I struggle daily with my own Christianity and it's attitudes like those that you and many others have exhibited here that do more harm than good.

I'm sorry if this has offened you or hurt your feelings. It wasn't intended but I had hoped you may be able to see things from another perspective instead of having everyone slam you with insults.

OK I have to say I just went back and read your first question of the day and I can not see where someone reacted negatively. You got many honest answers to it including mine. You then decided to expound on it asking your question that condemned lesbians with in it. Excuse us for taking this as an attack. Perhaps you can now explain that question and the nature of it that would allow us to see it in a new light where we can assume that we are not being attacked. I don't think that question could be reworded to ask the same thing and both condemn the asker and not insult and attack us but I might be wrong. Then you Begin to attack us personally. So I do not think you are seeing the nature of how we would take your questions. You are being just a little disingenuous to be continuing to attack us and then playing the victim.

Is this a question? Maybe you have to realize how defensive homosexuals have become...don't forget they are discriminated against on a 24/7 basis..from getting jobs to getting accepted by mainstream culture. You shouldn't take this on a personal basis...but maybe your questions should be asked in a little more understanding manner...As far as I'm concerned I am a 57 year old gay white male...I'll answer anything you want....the truth is usually the best way to go.

Okay, thank you, I was confused, I thought that you were saying that heterosexuals weren't allowed to ask questions about homosexuals. I went back and read your other questions. I am heterosexual too. I have found that gay people are usually defensive when asked a question about their sexuality also. I don't care if it's asked nicely or if it's mean.

hello there i have just read all your previous questions and i would like to say as a straight person to homosexuals, im sorry thet you would ever have to put up with narrowminded people like this who are afraid of the unknown and claim to be good people but are infact just bored and ignorant in a camouflage of'god'. let me ask you missy, if you're so believing in this mighty god who can do all why would he make everyone different then condemn those that are.practice what you preach and do as jesus said 'love every' no matter what they look like or how different they are from you. maybe your ignorance is because you havent lived or gone out that much but remember your words are deeply offensive and can stop society functioning well

The only problem I have with homosexuality is that if everyone did it the human race would die out. Other than that there are heterosexual people that are much more insane or weird than the homosexuals I know could ever be.

its not what your f^&king its the love in your heart that matters to me.

You must have run into some real jerks. I know that I answer questions nicely that have been asked nicely. I only get on my high horse and start cracking the whip when the questions asked are veiled attempts to generate hate or display their ignorance through bigoted assumptions and stereotypes.

well you know a lot of the time your question may be sincere, but some of the questions are a bit personal, or rude, like if you were to ask, what is wrong with homosexauls, why should i dignify that with a real response, thats rude, and how would you feel if i came at you with a question like hey why are all women retards, that would piss you off. i mean why in your head do you think that it is ok for you to ask us questions of this nature, i don't care if you meant them to be a real question, thaty doesn't make it any less offensive to us. blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
i hate the world and the people who inhabit it

This is Yahoo answers, not Yahoo comments. This isn't a question.. or an answer. If you need to publically announce that you don't like gays and lesbians, go do it somewhere else. Your questions have been subtly offensive, and mocking. Maybe the next time you asked a serious question, YOU should be more understanding. If you ask for someones opinion, or view here, your going to get it. Here is mine. Now, your welcome.
