i have tried several times to email yahoo,they dont answer,just automated .They are horrible.I guess they will fix eventually.Glad it is just not me,Getting dizzing going back and forth checking

They will give you an answer as long as you ask them of something with sense. There is a ton of questions filed to them perhaps so bear with them,a little patience and they will give you a response.

If your question to Yahoo is only as descriptive as your question here, you'll never get a helpful answer anyway. Instead of ranting about Yahoo service on Answers, you should try posting your question or problem.

Do not say you have the beta version or they will not help you. They usually respond after 48 hours.
They are busy bees, they take forever to get through everyone, but usually they do notice the bugs and fix it. I had problems before where I couldnt even log into my email and they fixed the problem for me...unfortunately, it took them almost a week.

they aren't horrible. they get probably 3 million emails a day. they have about 7,000 employees. if they spent all day they couldn't answer them all.
