There is a chick I know who is stalking me, she used to be my friend, but now she just acts bitchy, and makes ignorant assumptions about what I do, she does internet searches looking for traces of me, and if she finds any I get an email stating her opinion.
I don't need, and I don't want her opinion, especially when her opinion is based on assumption.

How do I get rid of this pest?

Hi, I am the friend that made a comment on a question that mightydoe Posted. .....He asked a question on Yahoo,

Mightydoe asked: He met someone online in Poland and wanted to know how to bring this person into the US.

I thought mightydoe and I were in a relationship, then all of a sudden it ended and then I find on yahoo question and answers about some online person in Poland that he wants to bring to the US.

At that time he posted this question I had a flight ticket to Spain for vacation and in May mightydoe asked me how to get a passport and how much are tickets for Europe. I thought that he wanted to go with me to Spain, so I sent him the websites that he wanted. At that time I was in love with mightydoe at the time, and now I found out that he asked me how to get a passport and a flight for Europe to go see this check.

I am not stalking you, I use Yahoo Questions and Answers just like the rest of the people on here, I was in the international area because I fly internationally. And I came across your question, and then I became pissed why do you ask your "ex" for help to chase a new girl. Your pathetic. My opinion was that you dont know what your doing<--- and you dont. You posted it on Yahoo Q&A.

Today I was on her for an hour or two to look for more info for Spain, and I just found this BS. You want to piss me off. Pathetic.

I want nothing to do with you, go ask your Polish girlfriend to get you those AMC engines in Spain for your business, go ask your Polish girlfriend how to get her butt over here, dont ask me how to get you a passport, or flight tickets.

YOUR PATHETIC.
And to answer to your question about a stalking friend, your so pathetic, I never want anything to do with you.

Talk to the police or to an abuse hotline and see if she is doing something illegal. I think they're starting to pass laws against cyberstalking.

It doesn't sound as if she's crossed that line, though. There's a fine line between a pest and a stalker. You might consider talking to her ONCE in a public place and letting her know that you are bothered by her behavior and that you want her to stop. Be gentle, but firm. If she persists, ignore her. If she crosses over into illegality, have her arrested, or get a restraining order.

Every state has harassment and stalking laws. Is she driving by your house? Going to your work? Calling you at home? Any number of these in the past 90 days, including writing to you, fall under the guidelines for harassment and stalking.
Go to the magistrate, fill out the form, bring proof if you have it, then go from there. You will have to go to court and talk to a judge, and she will be there, too. So if you have evidence of any kind, or even people who have witnessed this, then you have a case. Good Luck!

well you need to talk to the person asking to stop the email contacts and any other forms of contact
file a complaint with the police because the "stalkers" actions may not be enough for a retraining order

if this person is calling you on the phone and you ask them not to contact you via phone keep records of the calls including time and date and you can use this when you contact the police i believe abusing phone use has criminal consequences
whatever action you take do not do anything to harm or retaliate because that person can accuse you of these same things and then you could be in trouble

Internet stalking is not illegal. keep your email. use only Outlook to receive it, and put in a rule that eliminates all emails from her. Stalkers on the internet loose interest once you stop paying them any attention. If she is doing it in real life, there is sure to be a fine police department to advise you. Internet stalking, as far as I have seen, is not illegal.

In the event you imply right here on Yahoo, it can be elaborate. I've needed to delete 3 money owed considering the fact that of one consumer on right here. It can be no good changing your title & pic, if they have got your profile stored, all they must do is click on it & it's going to come up with the brand new title & pic. Sorry but they only way you'll ever get rid is to make a brand new account & begin afresh.
