Nothing that is a legitimate word in the English language rhymes with orange. You can make up nonsense words, but nothing that is a real word rhymes with orange. Same with purple and silver.

Ok, as a teacher who teaches children how to rhyme--in order for two words to be considered rhyming words, one of the ways to show if they are is that they must have repeating strings of letters that start from the vowel and go to the end that are the same. For instance, dog and log rhyme because both have -og at the end. Discourage and orange do not rhyme. Discourage has -age and orange has -ange. That does not qualify as a rhyme. Same thing with nourish and orange--no parts repeat. Storage has -age and orange has -aNge. Not rhymes.

For silver--liver doesn't rhyme because if you go from the vowel in silver-- you get -ilver. Liver has -iver, no l. That is why liver, quiver and shiver don't rhyme with silver. But--liver, quiver and shiver rhyme because if you go from the vowel, all have -iver.

Now some words can rhyme that do not follow that rule like hair and bear--spelled differently but sounds similar. So another rule of rhyming is that they sound very similar. Nourish and orange aren't rhymes because they don't sound similar when you say them. They may sound similar, but trust me they aren't rhyming words. There is a website you can go to online that shows you words that rhyme. Can't remember the address, but if you do a search for rhyming words, it may pop up.
