stay inside or go swimming. its supposed to feel like 120 where i live. it was like that yesterday too.

First of all, you need to be hidrated, that is you must drink continously water so your body works perfectly, specially in hot weather.

Then use comfortable clothes, that let your body "breathe", that is to let the air go in and out without a problem.

Finally, you can't beat the heat, but if you stay away of the sun and all places where the temperature increases severely, you could decrease the heat around you.
