if i remember correctly its scholastics aptitude test its given your last year of high school and your schoolshoulde prepare you for it in the 4yrs you're there

most colleges require either that or the ACT test to attend. there are many, many very large SAT Prep books out there. Go to your local library and borrow one.

Many schools have practice exams to use. Use them cuz it is difficult. It has alot of math and science on it!
