Well, in biology and ecology, an organism (in Greek organon = instrument) is a living complex adaptive system of organs that influence each other in such a way that they function as a more or less stable whole. You obviously meant "orgasm," which is far different. ;) Orgasm is a sexual climax; a pleasurable physical, psychological or emotional response to prolonged sexual stimulation. It is often accompanied by a notable physiological reaction, such as ejaculation, blushing or spasm and may be followed by "aftershocks." An organism is a living thing whether it be a plant or an animal or a single cell living thing. Women will not get any organisms during sex becuase sperm is not considered it's own organism... or is it?.... But anyway i'm sure you are confusing organism with orgasm. An orgasm in a woman is a series of muscle spasms in her pelvic region caused by the sexually pleasurable sensations she feels during sexual intercourse. Women may have many orgasms up to about 10-20 if she is sensitive or having extraordinary sex. Other women may have difficulty having an orgasm because of stress or other emotional factors that deter her from having one. Otherwise she is just not liking her partner and her partner is unable to give her enough pleasure to have an orgasm. Having one orgasm during sex is enuogh for any woman and normal. Other woman are blessed with the ability to have many.

No they dont alway have it. The orgasm is cause by stimulation of the clitoris. most women do NOT have an orgasm with just intercourse. No matter what anyone tells you.
