I'm half asian, and have a oval shaped face, and have my hair cut a little short(not long enough to pull it all into a ponytail) look at my avatar, its a good depiction of me. But anyways, what other colors should I try besides varying shades of brown and pink, anyother dark colors make my eyes look smaller. Also, what other colors of lipstick can I try besides light pinks and brown, and plain gloss? And on my eyes, should i wear liquid eyeliner on my top lid and pencil eyeliner on the bottom to make them stand out?

if you have smaller eyes, eyeliner will only make them look smaller. if you thought you needed it, try using a dark brown shadow and make a smoky line around the eye. if your eyes are brown, use a color that would be complementary to it on the color wheel- greens, purples. just a light shade of any of these on your eyelid, not the whole eye area and it will bring out your eyes alot. if you want to bring your eyes out even more, use mascara, not eyeliner.
i'd keep the lip color to a minimum, especially with a brighter color on your eyes. try to play up one part of your face at a time so your overall makeup look isnt crazy. they make a lot of lip-tint colors now, that work WITH your natural lip color instead of masking it. then, instead of glossing your entire lip, just put it on the middle of your bottom lip, and then at the peaks on your top lip. it will give the illusion of larger lips without going for that "just ate a bunch of fried chicken" look.
add a shimmer shade to the insides of your eyes (where your nose and eyes meet), on your brow bone, and then on the upper parts of your cheeks. it will catch the light and brighten up your face a bunch.
good luck!

Eye make up that will make eyes appear larger:
Never wear dark shadow on your lid. It will automatically make eyes look smaller. Instead apply a light (either white, cream, pale pink, whatever color as long as it's not dark) to your lid.
Then use the dark shade (dark brown, purples sometimes look good with brown eyes, grey etc) along the crease of your eye. Blend it a little with another brush so it doesnt' look too harsh. That will "open up" your eyes.
Also be careful on putting eyeliner on both top and bottom of your eyelids. This can cause them to look smaller. Instead I would opt for one or the other and then mascara. You can try also extending the line of the eyeliner a little bit farther out then your natural eye line when applying eyeliner to your top lid. Not too much or you will look like an Egyptian Painting, but just enough to create the illusion of a larger eye.
Also for lipsticks try mixing some of your old shades together to come up with new shades. Its a cheap way to get new colors.

Hi,
Since you're Asian and probably have fair skin, I'd say varying shades of mangos, reddish oranges (not too bright) ipsticks, semi-tinted glosses like pale pinks, oranges, reds. Light greens, greenish grays with a hint of shimmer and browns for your eyeshadow. The type of eyeliner you use doesn't matter really, it's where you put it...try accenting the top and corner, not underneath, with the eyeliner and then curl your lashes and add some mascara. Hope this helps!

I went by that section once. It likely lasted some months and at the same time as i look decrease back on it i imagine of ways retarded I regarded!!! *All of that formerly became a comic tale haha. in case you quite prefer to regulate your type, you would possibly want to imagine about it extra. I replaced my type formerly - I cut back my longish blonde hair quite short and dyed it purple..and 2 months later I completely regretted. i'm no longer putting forward you'll, yet in spite of you do substitute do no longer make it tremendous because there is an danger you gained't like it later... yet in spite of I recommend purchase one user-friendly outfit inclusive of a gown etc. and merely bling it up lots - attempt placed on your hair in numerous kinds - get a clean haircut and attempt different makeup looks <-- you'd be a great deal surprised how a lot of a huge difference this would make!
