Theres only 3 on your list that I like: Rolling Stones, Mozart, and the Dixie Chicks. I guess I favor the Stones, but the Chicks never fail to impress me and Mozart can't even be really compared to the rest (one of the greatest talents of all time).

Dixie Chicks, especially now that they are writing all of their own stuff. There is a underlying rawness and honesty in their lyrics. And in the kind of country/rock/bluegrass mix of their orchestrations.
