Report him to Human Resources or his boss. Then sue him. You can get a lot more money from a sexual harassment lawsuit than a lame raise, and you're keeping the scumbag from doing it again.

Report him to the human resources department. Are you that desparate for the raise? Tell him that if he keeps it up, then you'll get way more than a raise because you have grounds to SUE the company you work for. Just be sure to have a complaint documented before threatening him. That way you'll have it in writing that he has been a problem. You should get more than a raise for putting up with his ****.

Report his butt unless he is the head of the business. If he is then quit unless you are just as moral less and unscrupulous as he is. You may have morals because if you didnt you wouldnt be asking this question. You know he is wrong. Dont put yourself in a situation that you cant get out of.

Ok try this get him or her to say it again this time you have your cell phone recorder on and tell your boss to stop or you will sue the company for all its worth, this is cearly under sexual harrasment, just remind him.

sounds like a mistake and dont do it just for the money unless your character permits this. if i were you i would get some evidence and let some type of authority know the situation. this is completely and utterly against the law

do it...**** if he's gonna give you a raise...and then sue him for sexual harrasment and then you'll get a huge raise...but that's sort of unethical...but i would do it if i were you...good luck
