no sounds or alerts with my email anymore.WHY??does anyone know??I have speakers on and options are set to sound.

You are not the only person thats experiencing that problem. A lot of people are complaining about it and has sent email to customer support. You should send email to customer support on yahoo so that they get bombarded with emails so they are pushed to fix it.

â You are not the only one having this problem. There is nothing you can do to fix it yourself. All you can do is wait until Yahoo fixes the problem. No one here works for Yahoo and cannot tell you when they will fix it.

Same here!! It used to work and all my preferences are set correctly. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling messenger and it still dont work!
