Usually it means that they have a tendency to NOT WAKE UP during REM sleep, which is when we dream. If you use an ALARM CLOCK, you will tend NOT TO WAKE UP during REM sleep.

Also, people forget their dreams quickly after they awaken. If you want to remember them, stay in bed and still and review the dream in full detail before you move. Then, write it down on a piece of paper as quick as possible.

I did not dream for years until I figured out these approaches. It is actually POSSIBLE to put your unconscious mind to work. You think of a question before you go to sleep and wake up with the answer. Yes, the sleep is still JUST AS RESTFUL, but you get more work done.

I hope this helps.

It's normal not to remember your dreams. If you want to become more aware of them, then eat some spicey food right before you go to sleep, something with lots of mustard and pepper on it is good. This will cause you to have bizarre dreams and one of them will probably wake you up and then, if you can keep your wits about you, you will be able to remember it. But be warned, the memory of a dream fades very rapidly for almost everybody. You have to work at it to remember them.

I can't, the only thing I can say, is it must of been a good one, I constantly have dreams that I can't remember, then again if I can't remember, how do I know I had them. My advice is just forget about what you can't remember and concentrate on what you can, and ask yourself the question "How am I going to remember anyway, I have obviously forgotten, it's out of my life" Cheer up.

It's completely normal not to remember your dreams. Everyone dreams every night. It is during your deepest sleep that you do the most dreaming. That is when all your dreams seem to run together. Try reading Freud's ideas on dreams he thinks everything has to do with sex!! LOL

It means your getting the rest you need. If you remember your dreams when you sleep your body is not completley at rest meaning your not sleeping that well. If you cant remember the dreams then your body is fully shut down into a deep sleep
