Some of my friends at school said that after you have sex for the first time, no matter what you do, your thing will smell bad. Is it true?

After you have sex anytime your thing smells. It's called sex p*ussy. Just shower or clean yourself up with a washcloth. They even make special feminine cleansing wet cloths now and feminine deodorant sprays to make it easier. Take care and I hope you have an amazing day!
Oh my lord....it is true. Seriously. It doesn't happen just if a person isn't clean. You could shower right before sex and it will still smell if you don't clean yourself up properly afterwards. If you don't belive me then do this test. Have sex. Wipe yourself off when done without actually cleaning it. Now walk around the rest of the day. Before bed touch yourself down there and smell your fingers. Not too sweet....eh?

Sex has a certain smell and maybe they are referring to that. Or they could be referring to the hyman breaking during the first time therefore there will be some blood. As far as smelling bad, I don't think so but you might want to look at who they were with.

It's not that it will smell bad. The thing is, I have been told by several friends that once a girl has sex her smell and taste changes. It's not a bad change, it just changes.

Not if both of you are healthy. However, there are some STDs that cause a bad odor, and if you get these you have to go get treated or you could become very ill and/or infertile (meaning never able to have children).
But don't have sex. Wait until you are married. Have you and your fiance get tested to show each other you are not bringing any diseases into your marriage, and be devoted to each other. That is the only way to stay safe.

psycho i really guess that u r not yet ready to be getting into all this right now. If u r asking just for your knowledge pls note that taking a shower immediately after will keep it under check. but if you don't and skip the bath for a day or two the smell might come.

To be honest if you are not taking care of yourself it could smell bad if you have sex or not. This could be caused by many things, like bacteria and such. If you want to avoid this problem you should consider washing yourself after sex. Check out this link to read more:

No..but how old are you?..please don't have sex if you are young and believe things like this..what concerns me is that there is the chance of pregnancy and as worse a sexually transmitted disease..please talk with someone you can trust that has the right answers..Mom, older sister..someone who is older and more experienced and mature..this is a very important part of your life and I don't want you to regret this..Get guidance and enjoy being a girl..being a women comes with many responsibilities.

No, but after your first sexual contact, your body does change with different hormones that can change the way you smell a bit just like a women's smell changes during pregnancy...just a fact of life..at least after pregnancy you go back.

The bad smell that a female has is caused from bacteria. Most of
the bacteira is harmless as long as you have good hygiene.

Thats the dumbest thing i've ever heard, someone is making that up. If you are dirty and dont wash yourself it will smell after sex.
