something pretty funny is splitting girls up into teams, giving them a cucumber and a knife, and trying to carve a penis out of it. it was hilarious, and there were prizes for the winning carving.
another one that's cheap: have 2 girls on each team, facing each other with brooms or mops between legs and have them try to pass a roll of toilet paper to each other. we did that at a bachelorette party a few weeks ago and it was funny to do, and even more funny to watch!

Some of the games I have seen include practicing how to install a condom on a guy by doing it on a dildo - using the mouth; seeing how much of the biggest toy in the room anyone can take by squatting over it; how quickly someone can use up a battery; peeling a banana using only the lips; and of course, "sword swallowing."
Other games involve the use of ice cubes in interesting places, in combination with the toys; making a daisy chain of nipples using nipple clamps and chains and trying to dance in a circle without hurting too much; chocolate syrup, cherries and whipped cream, in bowls, licked up.
It doesn't take too much - you can even see who can make the biggest "balloon" of a condom without exploding it, then have fun painting faces and other things on the inflated results.
