You can find really good clean games on the "Youth Group Games and Ideas" www.funatic.com/game_youthgroup
I used it on our last youth camp to entertain the kids .
I am not sure if this will work but you can just have a peek at it.

Twister. Jam the radio and dance, since you have the radio play hot potatoe, musical chairs (hey it's not just for little kids :) Water balloon or egg toss. Have FUN!!!
