Why the Macedonia & Greece dispute is based on ancient history?

My other two questions proved that the ancient history was written different among different academics. But based on some not proved "facts" from 3000 years ago, Greece had an economy embargo against the country Macedonia. Last news was that the airlines from Macedonia are not allowed to fly to Athens because of the name dispute..

You are confusing the different interpretation of History with History itself! There aren’t different histories of the world, written differently in different academies.
There is a general historic view and a general accepted, by the majority of historians and archaeologist, history.
That of course doesn’t mean that there aren’t different interpretations especially in historical event that we don’t have enough evidence!!
About ancient Macedonia we have more than enough evidence that prove the Greek origin of the Ancient state. That is why every respected historian and archaeologist in the word has never doubted the Greek character of Ancient Greek Macedonia!
All the archaeological evidence that we have, were published not only by Greek archaeologists but also from Americans, British, Italians, French and etc. (You probably don’t know that excavations in real Macedonia are conducted not only by Greeks but also the American archaeological school, the British, and so on).
As you can see the “facts” you mention are facts because they are accepted and presented by the international scientific community and not by any strange Greek school or academy!
The embargo was opposed against FYROM because at the first years of independence the state rose territorial claims against Greece by using a Greek name (Macedonia) a Greek Symbol on its Flag (the Vergina Star) and the constitution of that state had territorial claims against Greece and Bulgaria!
You didn’t mention though that European Union and United Nation agreed on the Greek concerns and that’s why the UN resolutions forced FYROM to change the flag and the territorial claims in their constitution! That’s why also the new country was accepted in UN with the temporary international name FYROM and was forced to negotiate with Greece for a mutually accepted international name!
As for the air company with the name “Macedonia” you don’t know that “Macedonia airlines” is the name of a Greek airline and it is a trademark.
As you know trademarks are protected by international law and this is what happened!
Simply the real “Macedonian airlines” block the second “Macedonian airlines” (weren’t they called “air mak”?) for illegal use of the name and it will be soon banned in the entire European Union. (This is simply commercial law).
As for the previous answerer, she obviously has completely mixed up the facts.
Apostle Paul (and not Pavel) came in Greece in the city of Philippe in real Macedonia (the Greek region) and he founded there the first Greek Church which happened to be also the first church in Europe! No relation of course with Slavic Macedonia! (Don’t you know that Paul wrote the famous letters to the real Greek Macedonians in Greek???). At the time of Apostle Paul the Slav-Macedonians didn’t exist!!! You became Christians because of the 2 Greek brothers’ saint Cyril and Methodius.

If embargo and blockade have never happen I really didn't tough nothing about this, but because Greek are very strong, I understand that something is not god in this case. Read Bible, Makaweys first book and Mission of Apostolic Pavel in Macedonia, this open my eyes. If you see Map for Balkan Peninsula you will see that Macedonia is very different Region and is not related with Greece. Where part of one country is bigger than same country, only Greece.
About Greeks investing in Macedonia: They don't pay taxes, Macedonians works for little money and without protection in work in Greeks Textile Factories, they buy national tresors mramor for very little money and exploiting nationals tresors of Macedonia. Because this I think that Macedonia don't need Greeks investing, Macedonian have own people and friends foreigners, but not Greece.
