They should make sure that it is getting nourishment somehow. Both mouths might want to eat at once, and that might be confusing, or dangerous. That two-headed snake I saw in SF had to be artificially fed because it would choke to death otherwise. Strange, but cute in its own way...

I think if this cat is in pain they should put it to sleep. However....if it's not hurting and will be able to live a happy life then they should let it live. Take care and I hope you have an amazing day!

I kind of feel sorry for the kitten. I hope it doesn't starve to death. They should try to raise it and see what happens.
