It is called a poncho (not sure how to spell it). They were popular in the 70's and again recently (in Britain this is). They originate in Mexico so you should try Mexican clothes shops or websites. Good luck!

I find Clint overrated by some (Mystic River, meh; Gran Torino, piece of trash), but I have yet to see Unforgiven. I'm sure I'd find that to be his best, but my favorite right now: Space Cowboys (2000) Haha. And the best western I've ever seen/one of the most incredible ever: Red River (1948) I highly recommend that work of genius.
