Anemia and thyroid disorder both can cause that. Thyroid disease runs in my family, and the first symptom we noticed that I had it, was I started to get cold before anybody else.
Other symptoms of thyroid disorder are tiredness, more hair falling out than usual, dry skin, and weight gain (or difficulty losing weight). Some more offbeat symptoms can include muscle/joint pain, headaches, and constipation.
Both anemia and thyroid disorder can cause lasting health problems, including circulation issues, I believe. So it's important to be tested for things like that, before trying anything to improve circulation. But, just a standard multivitamin would be a good place to start. Adequate nutrition is a huge part of healthy circulation. Your local organic food store, such as Wild Oats or Henry's, will have employees who can help you figure out what kind of multivitamin will suit you.

hypothyroidism (lazy thyroid) is a possibility. i cannot say anemia (like iron deficiency) but better to check it. but i think none will be the final result. many people feel cold all the time and it has nothing to do with any disease condition. vitamins cannot help (for sure) and carry the risk of hypervitaminosis (excess vitamin).
this automatic regulation of blood flow to the peripheral part of the body including skin seems to be genetically determined. so do not worry.
i am not sure if it was of any help
good luck

This could be a sign of a thyroid disorder. See your doctor.
Also, excercise will bost your metabolism and help keep your body temperature more stable as a result.
Take care.

I had that, turned out to be anemia. I took Iron pills for about 2 years and it went away. Iron pills do tend to constipate you for some reason :(

I found PREGNANCY was the best way to fix this.
Nine months of being at a cosy temperature and not freezing to death...
Good times...
