Try using an all over body wash without oil. Chances are your skin is severely oily. Try neautrogena (Spell check) all over acne wash. It works really well.

i had the same issue when i was like 15...But i had accute acne on my back. Bump covered my whole back. I have some scars now. But the dermatologist gave me some swabs not swabs but..like these square things and they stuff on it.. that I put on my back. every like 4-6 hours a i think. It's kinda like those i OXY PADS. Very similar. But they are more powerful. I wish i knew the name. But you can give the dermo my description. and see what he says. He will most likely recommend that to you...or something similar. It worked pretty well on me. I was impressed. After 3 weeks I saw a difference. and after a month 1/2. they were all gone. Some came back but it wasn't as worse as it was when I first got all of those dumps.
Good luck.

no dermatologists are just a load of crap. what you do it just make sure that those areas are as clean as possible and not oily. i suggest getting one of those scrub-a-dub-dub brushes that you use on your back and put somesoap on there and scrub your back with that everyother day, and on the front just wash your chest with your hands and soap everynight and that will definately help. try not to take oober hot showers too much because that brings out natural oils from the skin and those oils clog up the pores creating even more pimples and you usually get scars from popping them because popping them damages the skin. but yeah if that doesnt help then imr eally sorry :[[ hope it works

Seeing a dermatologist is a good idea, but if you cannot afford it or do not have the time, try doing some exfoliating on your back and chest. Also, make sure you are scrubbing well when you shower/bath. Sometimes if you do not get the skin clean enough, the pores will get clogged. Get yourself a good exfoliating sponge and some scrub from the drugstore. Good luck!

I know that can happen if you sweat a lot, like when you're exercising, and the sweat gets trapped on your back, or in your clothes. Try wearing fabrics that breathe more easily when you know you'll be sweating. If it's still a big problem, a dermatologist would be a good idea.

Pimples on the back are due to the sweat we sleep on at night- I read it on some beauty site or something- just don't ask me how it works- I forgot! lol. Anyway, the best thing to do is clean yourself frequently (especially in this heat) and wait for them to go away naturally. It's annoying, but worth it. Or, just go to a dermatologist like you thought yourself! ;)

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...
