I live in wisconsin and this girl llives in california. she is 3 years younger than me. She is my cousin's friend. WE have seen each other a couple times on family reunions for a week or a little more each. I've never felt this way about another girl before. I don't know if she likes me or what but i think she does. She asked me if i have a gf (i dont) and she likes talking to me a lot. I think she looks at me like she likes me i dont know. ALso, she likes makin jokes and stuff at me but not to be mean just funny stuff. I want to be together with her forever i just dont know if it all can be put together. I'm going into college now and she'll be a freshman. I like california and always have and i want to live there after college and this gives me even more of a reason to live there. I have been thinking about this ever since i saw her last, which was about a week ago. I will be seeing her next summer and we dont talk or email between the times we dont see each other :(.

It's a crush, let it go...you've got a long time before you'll even see her again, much less be in a position to be with her (permanently) and you don't even know if she digs you romantically or not...
Don't put your heart on hold for someone half a country away, whom you don't communicate with, and won't see for a year...you'll miss out on much in life...focus on school and the people you'll meet there...you may meet a chick right off who'll knock your sox off...
People grow and change a lot from their teens through their twenties..maturing, learning who they are as adults, what they want out of life...how you feel now may be nothing like how you'll feel next year, or even in a few months...
Just go with the flow, and have nice feelings about the CA girl, but don't stop your heart and hold it for her...

it sounds as if this girl has a liking for you and the distance is
nothing what i would do is keep your friendship going like with email and chat on like yahoo chat and by phone. And if you both
find you are growing closer towards each other then you can go
from there . Some times it is better to have a few miles between you it makes you enjoy each others company when you do meet . If this girl likes you and you like her she will wait fore you
i would ask her in a nice way if she has any feeling for you she may say yes but she don't wont to get in to deep till she has
finished her education . Then this is the time you can say you will wait and you can keep up a nice boy girl relation ship.

Well if you dont want to be with her for forever then why even bother you know. If there is something special there then go for it. But you seem like she is pretty and you are in lust when you see her. But on the other hand you sound like you really could love this girl the way you said you cant wait to see her again. It will be very hard to be with someone and only see them once a year. I think you both need to be really good friends and just find someone esle. Good luck
