Yes i am very experienced. I do know how to change diapers and make the bottle warm and stuff. I have been babysitting since i was 8 years old. I babysat my niece an nephew. And they are not all screwed up. (not by me anyways) lol And i am turning 13 in august. And ppl do let 13 year olds babysit. My mom and neighbor and sister say that i am the best babysitter they have ever had. :-P

There was some wierd guy that came up to my sisters window and tried to break in. I just called my sister, Told everyone to hide in the back of the house under a bed, then called the police. He came 3 times. The 3rd time he actually rang the doorbell. it freaked me out. HE HAD A GUN!! luckly nobody was hurt. so yes. i am very responsible.

I'm a mom and i hate babysitting infants! Make sure the parents leave u with thorough instructions and enough diapers and milk, etc. And make sure he doesnt get held alot, otherwise u will be holding that baby all night!

You are really too young to have the responsibility of a one month old infant. Do you know what to do if the baby starts to choke? What if the baby won't stop crying? Are you willing to change poopy diapers? Do you know how to prepare a bottle without getting it too hot? I'm not angry with you,,,,but the baby's mother should re-think leaving a newborn with an inexperienced young girl. What is she thinking?

Personnally I think you are too young for the responsibility of sitting with a month old infant. But since you are already committted I hope you are gentle and careful with the baby. Remember to support the head everytime you pick him/her up. Their little necks are very weak. Also have an adult on stand-by to call for help.

I personally think you are alittle young to babysit a one month old infant. I think it would be okay if your mom was looking over you. I'm sorry but at 12 you don't have natural motherly instincts, you are a child yourself. Babies can be quite demanding with attention and time and it could be alittle overwheming for anyone let alone a child your age.

Just don't go off and leave the baby alone, the baby cannot care for itself, so you need to be watching him/her constantly unless he/she is sleeping.

acutally, its kinda easy because they sleep most of the time. just have their bottles ready for when they get hungry and dont be afraid to have to change diapers(that i never had to do)

well, not really, as long as your not squeamish, you gotta change those dirty diapers, and you know how to feed and burp a baby, all they really do lay there.
