Sometimes on longer trips I'll look around and wonder at about what point am I at? Am I 1/2 way there? 1/3 of the way? What towns am I between? (I live in a rural area) How did I get this far?

ya or when your driving some where and you thought you would be there in an hour and you end up getting there with like 30 min. Also when your drivng on a trip it seems like it takes you forever to get their but on your way back it seems like it's a shorter distance and takes less time.

That has happened to me when I am tired. Especially on long road trips I have even started to see thing in the road that weren't even there. Kinda trippy.

yes, after driving long distances..especially at night, i sometimes have this strange occurance..like what am i doing here? blame it on driver fatigue..i dont adjust very well to night driving..sometimes, i push myself to keep driving, when i know i have to try and rest..im gonna do that from now on. yes! it's a really strange feeling! i usually do that late at night, and then i start to wonder, 'what if i got abducted?'...it's like the time is erased from your mind. weird...

ohh.. i got you now.... ok sometimes it happens to me. I just start day dreaming and when i come to reality i find myself away from the destination, not 2mile but more than 10miles.
