what are the effects of having a large cyst in the prostate?

you need to make sure that is not malignant. if you are over 50 years old you need to check your psa antigen and also get exam and sonography. if it is just a cyst and there is no sign of malignancy you do not need to worry about that. if it is not infectious i don't think it needs attention but if it is it needs vigorous antibiotic therapy. give me more clues. i may come up with a better diagnosis list.
