insects are curious.at first, they were attracted to the foreign smell(your sweat from working in the yard or natural body oils) they probably see the crevices of your ear/nose/mouth and wonder what's in there.maybe there's unknown treasure(earwax/boogers) lol so they fly around your face to see why exactly a tunnel(your ear) is moving around and not stationary on the ground like it's suppose to be.unbeknownst to them, once they are able to get past the thing that's trying to hit them(your hand flicking at the annoying flies),they realize that the tunnel is a deathtrap because the heat of your body basically suffocates the insects and the eggs that they've possibly laid in your ear when you weren't paying attention.R.I.P mister mosquito.

This is because most of your sweat glands relese sweat on or near your face and insects smell the sugar in your sweat, so they go as close as they can to it to try and eat some, but you get annoyed and try to swat them away so most dont land on your face. there are 2 ways to stop the insects from doing this, 1 is to put lots of bugspray on your face (pepermint and citrus also work) or just stop eating any sugar. since the second one is almost impossible, i would try putting bugspray, citrus oil, or pepermint oil on your face. hope that helps

Grants come to you? Without having to apply for them at all?! I'm so freaking jealous. I do everything I can to get grants, but I never seem to be in the right place at the right time with the right proposal. Everybody I know has grants, and I have to scrape along without them. I mean, how far to you have to abase yourself to get.... Oh, GNATS. Not grants. Never mind.

Have you ever seen footage of them in africa, they just let the flys walk all over their face and crawl in their eye, i think after thousands of years like this flys found you can fly around a humans head and find food eventually
