yes, id say so. it really depends on what u are wearin it with. in the summer, i wear summer clothes but sometimes i wear dress pants and a button up, so with that, i cant wear flipflops so id wear my heels...(boots as in heels is fine...but if u're talkin bout snow boots...its a no-no)

Definitely NOT! Summer is all about light weight easy on, easy off, carefree clothing. Don't weigh yourself down with bulky boots during the summer. Let your toes see the sun and buy some cute flip flops!:)

I say wearing ankle boots is just as bad as wearing leather in the summer...Ya just dont do it!!
