The weight of the baby on her tailbone. Yes it is natural. Not to frighten her but some women break their tailbone because of delivery. Mine bruised so badly that I can't sit in certain chairs for long periods of time. But don't worry, that is a rare occurance.

The baby is facing the wrong direction. Its supposed to be facing the womans back, but it seems it is facing her front, which means his little head is jamming into her back.
This could turn into something called "back labor", which means the pressure is more on the back than the abdomen. Try poking the baby for a few minutes, and see if it will flip itself over. If that doesnt get it to move, go to the doctor and see if he can manipulate the baby into a better position.

Could be the baby pushing against something, or a sign that things are starting to happen as far as labor, but it doesn't necessarily mean the baby is coming soon or anything.

Totally normal. and what could it be???? UH....pressure from a baby growing in her body!!!! to ease the discomfort take the heal of your hand and gently press on the area, moving in a gentle circular motion. Good luck with the impending arrival!
