Failures are the most valuable form of information you have to use if you are serious about your own evolution and improvement in your life, in your career, in your relationships, etc. Failure is where you view your limitations in the sense of what is NOT working for you, and this is the very doorway to success for those of us who desire to improve our skills.
The feedback I get from making an objective assessment of my failures is useful to me in expanding my understanding, developing new skills, and increasing my efficiency in everything that I am determined to be successful at. Failures are the very building blocks of success because experience is the best teacher of all. Adapt and be flexible with your behavior and you can eliminate mistakes.

I learn what I did wrong and how to succeed. By the way, your threats will only encourage "crap answers".
