we are not equipped for the weather here in the UK , too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, the whole of the UK stands still yet again because of the weather, schools closed , trains not working etc, what next? enjoy it while it lasts!!

It is , and has been around 100 F. here in the high deserts of Nevada for the past few days, but more humid than normal this year, which has made it a little uncomfortable. Strange, weird weather these past few years!

It's worse in Florida. The temperature often soars above 100 degrees with a relative humidity around 90%.

You want hot? It's been over 105 F (or 40.5 C) here in Dallas for the past week. I wan in Las Vegas (NV) a couple of weeks ago and it was in the 115 range..every freaking day. At least in Nevada the humidity wasn't around 60% as it is here. Ugh!
I'll trade you a week in London for week here if you're up for it!

My sister is in Darwen, Lancashire and I'm in Long Beach, California. It's hot in both places, but I think in England ya'll suffer from it more
A) because you're not use to it
B) Most people and places don't have fans or air conditioning. So you have no escape from the heat

What's hot there... 80F... about 29-30 C?
Try 94F... feels like 105F... and it's barely noon... and the world stands still for that? Grow a set UK
