do things for him that require touch - rub his feet, massage his shoulders, etc... while doing this ask him about his day and really listen to what he is saying.
do things for him that he wouldn't expect. shower him with love and kindness and eventually he will be so full that it will pour back over you.
remember that sex isn't the only thing to a marriage. work on some of the other relationship builders.
give him all the things you would want and he will be more relaxed to give back.

Hehe... its called love.
Once knew a gal who was jealous of her daughter because she had dad wrapped around her little finger. So she watched awhile. Turns out daughter always delighted in meeting dad when he got home. She wanted to spend time with him as much as possible. She actually even liked doing things for him.
Six months of imitating her daughter got her a second honeymoon and a husband who couldn't believe life was so sweet.
