this month i already bought a compuer and a tv. i have the money for a psp but i don't want to spend all my money in one month. when should i buy a psp, which is something i really want and please give and explanation.

Buy one ASAP. There really are some fantastic games out for it now (i.e. Valkyrie Profile, DJ Max Portable, Tales of Eternia, MGS Ac!d, MLB the Show, etc.). Grab yourself a memory stick to watch movies / TV shows you download.
Yes, you can find one fairly cheap on Ebay these days. Though, make sure the seller isn't using deceiving language to describe his three-stuck-pixel PSP as being "perfect!!!! IN GREAT CONDITION!!!" and such. Buy from a reputable seller.
Also look on craigslist. I see a LOT of PSPs for sale around Portland for very cheap.

Definitely NO for now. Why? Just wait 'til Christmas time, I am sure the price will drop, probably as much as 30 - 40%. When people are stopping buying these suckers, the price eventually drop. Supply and demand basics!

Buy it whenever you want. It doesn't look like the price is going to be going down any time soon so it doesn't really matter. If you don't wanna spend all your money in one month (which is a good solid idea) wait until next month. ;)

The PSP is dying as we speak. 3rd party developers will leave and you'll be stuck with only a few games/UMD's. Nintendo has vanquished another challenger.

save your money. psp's don't have that many good games. wait until u know 4 sure a good game's gonna come out. or save up for a wii or a 360
