Go somewhere quiet and alone....get on your knees and pray to God. Even if you don't believe in Him fully yet, search for Him, just cry your heart out and listen. Those words in your head are His voice if you truly seek Him and it is He that can take away the sadness. I promise........I've been there before myself and almost took my own life. Just search and you will find, ask and you shall recieve. Don't see to believe, believe to see. Jesus is the path to hope and life.

How do you think your feelings might change if you chose to go out for a walk and get some air, or to go a park, or to ride a bike or to see a movie? It's ok to feel sad sometimes. We all do. But when we feel bored with being sad, we can often change our mood by choosing to do something different than what we're doing now. Most of the time, we're sitting in front of a computer, or a tv, or moping around.
I hope you feel better!

Something might have happened in the past during this time, whether it was a year or 10 or maybe a past live, weather someone close to you died or moved away.Your subconscious mind still remembers.
Take a long bath, eat some ice-cream play sad music cry a little if you want too.Tomorrow you will feel better. Good Luck.

You should not be sad dear ,life is nice just find a reason to be happy ;look at the bright sun the morning and it's shining rays;listen to birds in a park; read jokes in newspapers enjoy the lightning of stars the night...If all this doesn't work ..just look for someone who is more sad than you I think you'll be happy seeing a more miserable person
Wish you happiness

Why do you need help? Enjoy this sadness. Embrace it, experience it. You never know. You might never get a chance to be this sad again.
Woody Guthries says, "You can't have a light without a dark to stick it in." Without deep sadness, exceptional happiness would not be possible.

Firstly, you ought to realise that sadness is just a phase of everyday life - it helps us understand the value of happiness.
"Mind in itself can make hell of heaven and heaven of hell."
- John Milton.
It depends upon your mental set-up.
Sometimes, we just feel sad for reasons not comprehensible by our own selves. At such times, being to naturesque places helps a lot. One gets energised by viewing the gifts of nature.
Keep calm and try to find the reason behind your sadness. Engage your mind in activities you like. That will cheer you up.

Visit a doctor, get your blood sugar and thyroid levels tested, and get a routine exam, in case there is a medical reason. Evalate your life to determine if you think you need to be living for a higher purpose, outside of yourself. Examine your situation to see if you are being overworked or overstressed, or if you just need to be out and around people more. If all else fails, get yourself a mocha cappachino and a big chocolate bar :)

Perhaps, maybe you are suffering from depression, you should speak with a physician about that. They can prescribe something to make you feel better or send you to someone who could help you explore your feelings of sadness.

Relax all your muscles and picture yourself all alone in a place where you feel happy. Touch something solid in your mind that's in the place to really center yourself there. Say something that you like about yourself and touch the object again. This will reinforce the positive feelings inside of you. When you come back to reality do it slowly opening your eyes by blinking them and touching something that is real. This meditation works for me to get me out of my negative behavior pattern and I hope it works for you!
