It sounds like you are depressed. Go to a good bible believing church. Get saved and God can help.

There are several reasons you could be sad. It could have a lot to do with stress and anxiety.

It could be depression or just a bad day. It probably depends on how long you have been sad and whats going on in your life around you.

I dont want to pull a tom cruise here but if its not depression which should honestly be treated with medications then good old fashion vitamins, exercise, and eating well makes you feel better. Try it for a few days.

If you take care of your body then a lot of the time your mind will follow along. I thought I was depressed because it runs in the family but I started taking care of myself and getting rid of stressful things and I truely do feel a lot better.

As selfish as it may seem put yourself before others for a while. I don't hug trees or go around shouting peace on earth but I do know that you need to love yourself and treat yourself the way you want others to treat you.

You may be depressed which is very serious. You should go see a doctor if this persists. Do you have any hobbies or anything? If so, go out and do some of them. Take a nice long walk and enjoy the surroundings. Get some friends together and go out for a movie or something. But what you dont want to do is sit at home and mope around. Get out and do something, thats all i can say. Also if the things you used to like to do are uninteresting or so then go to a doctor to get it checked out it could be signs of depression. I hope you feel better.

it takes more muscles and energy to frown than to smile so smile more =]

If this has been going on for a long time, you may be
suffering from diagnosable depression. There are a
variety of drugs that can help, etc.

However, you may also simply have put yourself
in an uncomfortable situation and not understand
just how uncomfortable you are.

Ask yourself "What changed?" If you really can't come
up with anything, then you should consider seeing your
Doctor.

Long term, chronic depression is both nothing to fool around
with and quite fixable (usually).

If you're still depressed tomorrow and you still don't know
why, call your doctor.

We all feel sad at one point or time of the day. Just think of all the many blessings you have just to be alive and well. Listen to some music or treat yourself to a healthy lunch. Just go for a short walk and give someone special in your life a call. Use your energy in a positive way and I am sure your sorrow will be gone..................Smile

1. Every morning, in front of the mirror, say: "I feel good. I will feel the same all day long. Everybody will see how good I feel."
2. Every night, before going to bed, imagine that a person sais to you: "you did a great job today."
3. Try to see the comical aspects of life.
4. Laugh more.
Good luck!

Sometimes we really don't understand why we feel sad. Learning to face the reality of our situation is very important and learning to be kind to yourself will help and helping anyone in need gives you fullfillment. All the best to you.
