My friend recently moved house in a new town about 3 hours away from where she lived before. Her parents are big enthusiasts on buying broken down old houses and fixing them up into gorgeous houses, they live in them for a while then sell them off. My friend hates it because she is very superstitious and is terrified that one of her houses will be haunted. Well unfortunately for her, her new house is haunted, she called me yesterday and told me all about, this is what she said had happened after just a month of moving into there. It was built in the early 1900's and had a lot of history with it. She did some research in the house and found out that 3 of the 5 previous owners had died from falling down the stairs, dating back to the 1950's. Then before that an elderly lady had been murdered it the home in the 1930's, the case had never been solved. Besides that rather disturbing news heaps of odd things had been happening. Clothes that had been packed away were found strewn all over the floor. Pictures hanging on the wall were thrown accross the room. And a night the stairs creak as if somebody was constantly walking up and down them all night giving the family no sleep at all. My friend told me that the other day her family tried to get to the bottom of things and held a summoning for the ghost. They tried for an hour but nothing happened they gave up thinking that the ghost must not want to talk. they headed up the stairs to bed. My friend was still very disturbed about the whole thing so in the middle of the night she went to get a drink from down stairs. She had reached the top of the stairs when she heard a horrible voice from her side. "You want to know what happened to me lovey, you want to know how I died, here let me show you." And then she was pushed down the stairs but thankfully only broke her leg. Now the family only uses the bottom half of the house and are saving up for a new house. While my friend and I were chatting however throughtout the whole conversation I could here faint moaning and whispering coming from the other side of the phone, when I questioned my friend about it the phone went dead...

Years ago I was in France taking a holiday with some friends. We wanted to take a break from the driving. There was a forrest, and besides it was a small dirt path going to a small field. At the end of the dirt path there was a plastic chair, and a wooden pawl between the path and the field. A strange setting as there was no houses around.
We decided to stop for a moment there, make some food and relax a bit before driving on.

While we where cutting some vegetables, I started to feel pretty uncomfortable. Also the athmosphere between us was getting a bit more tensed, without reason. There was just something there, a strange feeling.

Then I had to pee, and I walked back on the dirt path so I could go into the bushes besides the path a bit further.
Then I heard a strange sound next to me, it was a bit like small stones coming together, tick tick tick tick... and the sound seemed to follow me! I got creeped out more and more but hey, I really had to go so I climbed over the low barbwire and searched a spot to pee. But I felt so uncomfortable by that time, the whole atmosphere was really scary, so I pulled my pants up again and decided to not go anymore, I would go somewhere else, later on. No matter how badly my blatter protested.
As I walked to my friends again, there was the sound again. And again, it moved with me. My hair stould right up my arms, it was creepy!

I felt a bit stupid and did not want to tell this to my friends. But then I saw that one of my friends had a strange expression on his face. I asked him what was wrong. He told us that we might laugh at him, but that he felt very nervous on that dirt path and he had the feeling something was very wrong there.

I told him that I was not going to laugh at him and that I had the same feeling. My other two friends then told us the same.
We didn't continue to cook there. We just grabbed our stuff together and went away as fast as we could.

To this day I don't have any explanation of what was there. But I tell you, that place was evil.

Well this one freaked me out. Its true too. (With lights off and a flashlight in my face)

There once was a boy named Eddy, he had mental problems and had an older brother named John who didn't. John was in the football team in high school, so Eddy, who loved his brother dearly, came to each practice and game. Eddy was a freshman. John was a junior.

When the team got their uniforms, Jake, the team captain who also picked on Eddy said that the colors of the uniforms, blue, red and purple are what Eddy looked like when he was born and what he will look like when he beats Eddy up.

The sun was setting so Eddy ran into the big, abandoned house behind the field. John told Jake to go get Eddy because it was his fault that he ran in the first place. So Jake went, and they waited, and waited, and waited until every star was in the sky.

John and the other players went into the field shed and got flares and flashlights incase of some emergency. Brave and bold, they went in.

Inside the house, every other second they heard a thump, slowly but ghostly it got louder. Through the front hall they saw the dirt from Jake's cleats. Soon they saw the tip of his fingernail. The thumping got louder and louder. They started to see skid marks from the cleats.

John remebered when he read Eddy The Tall Tale Heart. After the story, Eddy said, If someone bothered me that much I would dislocate their head. "Oh no Eddy" John murmered.

They came upon a staircase and saw a puddle of red. Thump! It sounded like it was right next to them. John flashed the flashlight to see Eddy, with a cleat in one hand and Jake's dislocated body from his head. Dropping it. "Eddy what did you do?"
"I hit him with his cleat,,, and then dislocated his head."

When i was 12 years old i went to visit my aunt uncle and cousins for a couple of weeks in the summer. They lived in this old house That they got for a steal .One evening a few of my cousins and i were up late at night just being silly i went in to the kitchen to get a glass of water and i saw my aunt( i assumed it was her) i thought she was cutting up chicken or something for the next nights dinner( she had 12 kids so dinner was a very hectic affair) i asked my aunt may for a glass of water but when the woman turned around it wasn't my aunt it was a younger woman with long black hair i froze( naturally i was only 12)the next thing i know i hear loud screaming like a fight then a baby crying( my aunts youngest was 11)then thump thump thump and the baby's crying stopped the woman who had been staring at me all this time turns and runs up the stairs. That night i slept in my aunts bed i was so scared, i found out a couple of years later from my cousin George( whom by the way never slept in that House he slept in a camper on the truck) that a woman killed her husband and brother in law because they had been arguing upstairs where the baby was and they accidentally knocked him down the stairs and killed the infant. My aunt and uncle ended up tearing the house down and having the wood burned and moved a double wide trailer on to the property and rented it out .

I think this story is scary beacuse it really happened to me. What do you think?
Ok so when I was about 7 years old me and my friends always snuck(sp) up to this park by our houses, because we weren't allowed to go up there w/o our parents. Anyways, one day we were up there on the jungle gym thingy and we saw this guy dressed in army fatigue from head to toe. My friend like to play army so were watched this guy for awhile. Then everyday we would see him up at the park. Somehow are parents found out and told us that he was homeless and to leave him alone, but of course we didn't stop going up to the park. Then even when we didn't go up to the park we would see him walk past our houses and down the alley and everything, he was totally stalking us. We were too scared to tell out parents this. But one day we were in the back yard and he can into the yard and just stood there, we were shocked that he was in our yard, so we just screamed. My friends mom called the cops. It turns out this guy was a murder who excaped from jail in illonis(SP). He totally could have snatched us.

hayley and kella and her other friends went to camp for her summer vacation kella didnt want to go,she hated nature and all that.

ok so once there were 3 guys who were on a roadtrip so thy went to many places ina car so when they were driving at midnight but there car suddenly broke down inthe middle of nowhere so it was dark the 3 friends then saw a house an old one but one of them was afraid but they went in any way but they had to be awake in the house because it was haunted so each of them sat in a corner and just passed aball for each corner then finally morning came but the scared guy screamed the friends asked why he explained they were playing with some one they didnt know. house has 4 corners they didnt know coz it was very dark.
