looks like u got all the 411 on ur flyer. now need to add the finishing touches. here's one suggestion. have a header like- "got babysitter?" in bold then have boxed off areas below it. the first box- bulletpoint ur description of urself/experience. the second box- bulletpoint the services u offer. the third box- ur contact info. try to keep ur statements simple (i.e. no unnecessary complete sentences and reasoning such as 'call me to see when i am available, i have a flexible schedule.' u can replace that with 'flexible schedule.' and 'flexible on the price per hour...' u can replace that with 'flexible rates.' once they call, u can tell them the price depends upon the number of children.) don't have to say that u 'live locally in...', because if u are going to their home, then the client will not care where u live...unless u plan to babysit at ur home. i think it'll be best if the flyer has colors- have the boxes in different colors but make the box about ur services really bright. make sure the color of ur lettering does not fade into the color of the box...use contrasting colors. too many colors is too much too...try not to exceed 5 colors (and one of those colors should be black or white). u could also consider putting small cartoon-like pictures of kids in the corners...but they cannot detract from ur header nor from the box about ur services. if u cannot use colors, then consider different gradients of shading for the boxes and print on a hot pink or yellow flyer. good luck.

Wow... you're hired! : )

Willing to work anywhere in *the area (local)... I would list the towns.

Do you require transportation?

Don't give away your time... when you say that you'll be flexible with salary you're inviting a lot of people who may take advantage of you. You always want to remember that you don't work for free! Your time is extremely valuable. Why take a job for $3 / hour watching 2-3 kids when you can get $5 for just one of the little darlings.

Set up an acceptable rate schedule ahead of time so that you don't get trapped.

Careful on the housework and light cleaning... I would just say that the house will be as you left it in the morning... meaning no mess to clean up when you return or dishes in the sink, pots on the stove, etc.

The tutoring thing... that is a whole separate fl yer and job. It may be worth more than the baby sitting.

Sounds like you have a number of skills and you're very entrepreneurial... I love the spirit... keep it up and good luck!

Best

try to have a little bit less reading than you have. Some people may be like this is to long of a read and not reach the bottom of the page where your contact info is at.
example:

- 3 years babysitting experience
- flexible pay (you can explain to the later who you mean by that)

That sort of thing. Don't know if it's any help but just shorten it up a little.

As a mother you did a wonderful job representing yourself for the position of watching and taking good care of someone's children. I would hire you if I didn't already have one! Good Luck with your new job offers
