Im trying to open my own small retail business Some things i will be making but others i will not so i need another business or two to sell some of there own items in my shop. Do i have to go to the business for approval first or can i just buy the amount i need from them and then start selling it?

it depends on where you live. you may have to fo through a wholesaler. But if it is hand made items, its probably a better idea to go directly to the person who makes the item.
