Are you talking about the diaper/underware things for kids? I don't think they hold different amounts, I think they are just padded more in different areas, because of the differences between boys and girls.

The same amount. Girls' are thicker behind (they tend to pee to the back) Boys' are thick in front (they pee to the front)

it depends how much the person pees i guess. but i think it doesnt really matter i think that they are the same; the absorbtion pad is just in different places.
