No, definately not! And anybody who would say so is either too stupified by your great question or jealous that you happen to be so secure (good job on that by the way) ! I happen to be quite beautiful and still be very self-conscious! So it doesn't really matter if you're a "hot dish" or not. It's society that makes everyone feel bad- or at least, practically everyone. Clearly, you seem to be pretty indifferent to all of this pressure and have enough confidence to be highly secure- that's great! You're so lucky to be that way! Always stay like that. I just think the girls asking here are very insecure. Sometimes I ask questions like them similar to that, but it's only out of curiosty if a color or certain style would fit me. So, let's hope this society of ours will get over the fact that not everyone is born to have the job of Tyra Banks and in the meanwhile, you go live in your own world of security! It's really best! Just wanted to finish by saying congrats again... ;)

Girls are always going to be insecure about themselves. The ones that are secure should feel blessed. With all the celebrities and pressure to look a certain way, people start forgetting what's important. I think it's great you are secure in your looks.

There is always two layers to a question like that...both dealing with insecurity. Either you are attractive but you constantly need to hear that people think that you are......or you are ugly and are looking for someone to lie to you. Anyone can look in the mirror and be honest with themselves, they shouldn't need anyone to tell them. BUT, in the end, 95% of people age horribly and look like garbage...so even if you are hot as hell right now....give it 20 years.

No, you're right. It's just confidence. I always used to be self-conscious of my face and acne, but I would always bring it to attention and find out that people weren't paying attention to my acne, so I learned to look past that, and get confident, the same way you are. A lot of people still don't recognize that "Celebrities" are people too, and their videos and photos are airbrushed, but those images are just what we as America seem to strive for.

I think you're right, that these questions are fueled by insecurity. Part of it, I believe, is the fact that there are many younger people who use Answers, and that need for approval is characteristic of their age. I think most people grow out of it after awhile- after all, logic states that someone can't confirm your beauty if they can't see you.

I think you are secure, and it is sad that we live in this society that is so concerned about what we look like.

You are secure. Conceited is when you think that you are better than someone and putting others down. I feel that it is fine to feel good / highly of yourself as long as you don't compare yourself to others. Self confidence is soley within you.

No, you sound confident to me. It's all those magazines and ads that make women question themselves, instead of helping them to boost pride in themselves.
And yes, those others on the list ARE insecure. Ignore them.

nope, your not conceited. i'm the same way. my mom and my sisters are always like "do i look good in this," "should i cut my hair," "should i put on more makeup," etc. i NEVER ask that kind've stuff, and it bothers me when they do, lol. i think probably because i've never been all that concerned of what people think of me, so i cannot at all relate to people who do actually care.
