I need some good free sites for iron on templates. I have one girl into pokemon and the other into Lord of the Rings. The third one likes Elmo and Veggie Tales.

Print an image using a laser printer. If you can, use the graphics software to reverse the image (mirror image). Wipe the back of the paper on which the image has been printed with Mineral Turpentine then place paper, printed side down onto the cloth you want the image on. Place a cotton cloth over the back of the paper and use a hot clothes iron. Quite a bit of the carbon from the laser printed image will transfer onto the cloth. When the cloth is cool (a few seconds) iron the transfered image with the iron set to the hottest temperature the cloth can handle without scourching or sticking. When washing the cloth, use only cold water and a gentle wash cycle or hand wash carefully. The image will last for quite a while. The image can be enhanced by tracing over it with a permanent marker if you have the patience.

There is iron on t-shirt transfer paper in the same sectionas printer paper at Wal-Mart.
You can save lots of small pix to your computer, print up a page, cut the pix separate and iron on to lots of garments, or just cover a stain on a favorite t-shirt.
Just remember, if you print out lettering, you have to flip it mirror image, so you can turn the paper over and it comes out right.
