I personally thought it was entertaining, It delt with personal trainers and their business. The owner is a lesbian and you get to see her interact with her partner, co-workers and clients. Her sexuality is not the main focal point of the show but it does make it interesting, It adds something extra to the "drama" of how things develop and evolve between her and co-workers, personalities clashing, and different philosophies explored, along with some stereotypes being proved wrong, in regards to lesbians.
