My mom gave me one called "What's Happening to Me?". It's just a general guide to puberty - in cartoon format. I saved it for my kids and we read it off and on.
Just don't think that a book will suffice, you will also need to talk to your daughter. Another lil something, if you go to the tampon/pad websites, they will send you free booklets and samples for girls entering puberty - very helpful. Our school nurse calls and gets enough for all of the fifth graders in school.
