im trying to find a movie where its about the loch ness monster and the little girl gives it oreos?

its about a dad and his two kids; a boy and a girl; and they go to scotland for some reason and the little girl ends up bonding with the loch ness monster i think it is and she gives it oreos. i've been looking all over for this and cant find it anywhere. got any ideas?
