They are people of Jewish heritage who have accepted Jesus Christ as their savior and pretty much follow a mix of Christian belief and Jewish law.
There is also a new group called Jews for Allah, who, like Jews for Jesus, are of Jewish background but follow Islamic beliefs and practices.

Jesus existed without a doubt and delivered a powerful message. Jews just do not believe that he was the son of God, but this new group has developed respect for this great man.
