Very good question. Most conservatives interest themselves in taking responsibility for their own success and productivity. Consequently, these people are not ones who fill out biased polls, have time to entertain themselves with Yahoo Answers, appear on Jerry Springer, or look to the government for handouts, etc. The media presents biased opinion for entertainment and political value only, not for the sake of being fair and balanced. Take into consideration the treasonous New York Times' decrease in sales within the past six years. The television news companies make money by selling advertisement not by whether or not you watch the programs. So if the advertisers believe the consumer is watching a certain program or station more than another then that's where the money goes and that's where the credit goes.

If you remeber Bush wasnt elected the first time by the popular vote and the second was almost too close to call and that was when he was much more popular than he is today as for fox I would assume those ratings are wrong but who knows? as far as i can tell most people are tuned into CNN but I must admit I myself tune into fox just to see how obviously biased thay can be I find it a riot as I learned better than that in Journalism class in the ninth grade i think it was but its not just fox all american news networks twist things and actualy create there own news which was a big no no back in the day but sensationalism and yellow jouranlism seem to be quite ok today kinda sad really.

Fox stays number 1 because of an Evil Bush Administration Plot to keep the other networks down. I think it has something to do with Haliburton, the Patriot Act and the cost of oil.

Pay offs

Also political orientation is genetic. More people are being born Redpublican than Blue.

With the majority of the Americans being born Red it is only natural that Red leaning icons would be favored. Fox News Dead protesters. etc.

This could change but not likely. Just like it only takes one generation to breed the blue eyes out of people. It only takes one generation to breed liberalism out of the hippies.

In a few more generations there will be no liberals.

Bush called his brutha Jeb to "send the boys out" in 2000.So the cops blocked the roads in Democratic counties to stop truckloads of votes for mostly Gore.Gore STILL won the popular vote in 2000.

In 2004,Bush won as a wartime president, even though more people voted against him than any other sitting president in history.

Fox is entertaining. It's crap, but crap can be entertaining.

Now go polish your guns.

Liberals are too stupid to understand FOX. They only know what Howard Dean tells them. Without ideology they are lost. They will follow each other over the cliff of socialist realism. They are unable to think for themselves. For example, take the issue of separation of church and State. They don't understand the meaning behind that phrase in the Constitution or why it was put in. They only know what some ideologue told them. Probably some liberal judge.

More Dems are at home living off the government dole and spend time on Yahoo.

Bush won because the courts ruled that Democrats couldn't keep MANUFACTURING "votes" Gore brought the suit he lost...

They don't HAVE to cheat- most Dems are watching "fantasy" shows and the REAL America watches Fox for news that isn't FORGED like CBS.

Yahoo Answers attracts a very young, very liberal crowd. That's why you see so many sex questions and so many uninformed people when it comes to the war. Many people watch Fox News which is why it is highly ranked. You can't make a judgement on the politics of America based solely on this site, thank God.

Fox's ratings are based on the desire of masses to be entertained. The criticism of the network is based on it's "less than unbiased news"reporting.

Bush was not elected two times based on his Conservative agenda he was elected and reelected as the more moderate candidate.

Fox and Bush are hated on here because the Liberal/Dems are spouting off. You never hear from the people that are being done "right" only form those that feel they are "wronged".
